At Aquarium Co-Op, we want you to love your aquatic-inspired apparel as much as your hobby. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.
